hi.. i have also been looking at this hotel for my husband myself and our 13 year old son... been reading up on reviews some bad and some good... think i will have to look a bit more into this hotel.... we have never been ai before so dont know what to expect....
Thanks for the reply - we,ve changed our minds now and are going to Sa Coma playa apartments - hope they are going to be ok!!!!
We stayed at this hotel 2 years ago with daughter and small children, didnt really like it was too busy with lots of kids, not that I mind kids but a lot of them were left to cause mischief, parents too busy enjoying themselves. Rooms are small and basic food was not much good. Also on arrival was sent to other hotel on complex only to be told was at the other so was not impressed as had to struggle back to other hotel with suitcases. Also when it rained there was not enough room inside for everyone . So had to stand around or go back to room.
Just got a good price for this hotel for next year, read mixed reviews, it is being sold as an aqua mania hotel by Thomas Cook next year, which is why I am interested, could anyone tell me what hotel is like and the surrounding area, are the rooms very big, we are a family of 4, 2 adults & 2 children aged 8 & 6. I have read many reviews saying that the queues for meal times are horrendous and as i am looking at august I am concerned!!. look forward to your replys thanks in advance Vickie xx
Hi Vickie .. I have merged your enquiry with this previous topic about the hotel, which may provide some useful info while you wait for further feedback.
Absolutely find it hilarious reading some of the reviews around the web, the classic has to be "There's too many kids"....................LOL, what in the name of god is that supposed to mean? Errr Childrens Village, Childrens Club, Childrens Pool, Childrens Splash Park...........there's a recurring theme in those things ain't there..............jeez, why not book a place with a Piano Bar and an A La Carte restaurant and you'll maybe find less children....................jeez, some people.
Only thing I've read on this accommodation is the way us British seem to be a disgrace abroad, whilst I can cope as we keep ourselves to ourselves it might annoy me slightly to see kids going berserk and do agree though that a lot of parents seem more happy getting blitzed drunk and forgetting that they've bred.
Once question also, if anyone can ask, is the waterpark free to all the various accommodation or just the one? (think it may have been Saturno). Presume the AI is around the whole area regardless of what part you stay in?

I have booked through Thomas cook and we can use aqua park for free as part of our package, got a great price to for two weeks £2640 all in for the end of July, for 2 ad & 2 kids . First choice are also doing the same package using the Jupiter hotel, though there prices are a lot more expensive, they quoted me £1100 more for the same dates.
