try http://www.cite-europe.com which is the big shopping centre and click on the 'surrounding area' bar at the top which will give you several hotels nearby. it's about 10 mins from the ferries. Not all hotels have restaurants but you can always eat at one of the many eateries in the shopping complex.

There are loads in Coquelles. Formule 1, etap, B&B and others. Restaurants can be found locally or there are several on the otherside of the motorway in Cite de Europe. There is also a Buffalo Grill in Coquelles opposite the Auchan supermarket.

Sounds like a great idea. I fancy going for a brief drive there, but it's a little too far for a day trip from Leeds!!
