Is there any 4 star half board hotels in Salou that you dont have to get up early to get a sun bed in August, if yes it would be worth the taxi fare to PortAventura!!!!!

Hotel Near Theme Park

Stopped at the Daurada Palace in 2003 and are hoping to return to Salou nex year. We like the position of this hotel and loved to walk to the Theme Park on a night after our evening meal so would like to stop in that area again. We loved the food at the Daurade but the rooms are small for 4 and the night time entertainment was not very good. Can anyone suggest a good hotel in that area, we would prefer half board with some english food available and suitable for children aged 11 & 8. We have been looking at the Salauris palace but its more expensive, is it worth the extra cost.

Not sure if youve booked your holiday now but i thought i would reply anyway.
I stayed at the Hotel Vil. La Romana, it was fantastic! A 10 minute walk to Port Aventura and to the beach.
A great hotel and somewhere that I would return to again.
It is a 4*, Half Board hotel, the food was good and location excellent, hope this helps.

What about a theme park hotel 
Cost of holiday includes half board and unlimited free entry to the park.
We stayed at Hotel Port Aventura 2 years ago. The initial outlay was more expensive than resort hotels, but on arrival, value for money was excellent.

i was talking to a lady her family was staying at el paso and she would recommend it to anyone, food great lots of choice free entry to the park and one day pass to the water park but they tell which day you go, hope this helps
