Just got back from my 2nd visit here and can't fault it, all the staff are very friendly, helpful and considerate. There ia a ramp at the front of the hotel, once inside the bar, restaurant and pool area are all accessable, even on a scooter. There is also a disabled toilet on ground floor, i used an electric wheelchair this time, instead of a 4 wheel scooter, so it enabled me to get straight into the lift and into one of the disabled rooms which are on 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor. There is a wet room in all these rooms with rails under the shower and a toilet with the drop down hand rail on the left side, as you look at it, the view is not good but then hopefully your not going to spend that much time in your room.

Food wise we went half board, a lot of selection at breakfast, even though a lot of it was spanish, and dinner with there being at least 4 hot choices at dinner and the staff will help you in anyway they can, they gave us a table close to where the food was and would carry things over if you needed it. The director of the hotel always asked was everything ok and if not to let him no, really nice person.

I hired the electric wheelchair off push n go for 70 euro's for the week, this is the third time i have used them and had no complaints at all, in fact they said to try the chair and if it wasn't suitable to let them no and they would bring me a scooter within the hour
