Hamstermad - we stayed at the Sandos Caracol last April and it was wonderful. We haven't been there in June but I should imagine its fairly busy no matter when you go as this hotel is very popular with Americans and Canadians. There is plenty to do here and the food, amenities etc. are second to none. We would actually like to return next July but the prices are unbelievable so its just a distant memory for us Any questions, feel free to ask.
