Hi Dave it used to be one of our fav places untill we found cruising and the age thing found us out, we mainly stayed the other side of PDA about four years since we have been to Veronicas :cry

Don't want to frighten you, but if you walk it will take you a long while to come to bars, cafes and restaurants. Taxi would be the easy option, worth considering, however try it and you will see for yourself.
Whatever you decide, enjoy your holiday.

10-dave-10 Hi. We stayed in Costa Adege last year. It is a wee bit out but we walked in to PDLA every morning and also walked back. W just did it at a leisurely pace and although we are not "walkers" except when on holiday we found it no bother and we are both oap's. We walked along the seafront and lots of others did it too.

Hi

we stayed in Costa Adeje in March this year and we had a good time. there were a few nice bars there i recommend the first & last bar along the front!

we never walked into PDLA but it was only about 8 euros in a taxi and that was late at night so not too dear!

the beach area is lovely i am sure you will have a fab time!

i am going to PDLA in 5 weeks time and can't wait!!!

Where does adeje actually start?I read on another site that areas west of Veronicas are Adeje,so is the Bouganvilla Paya in Adeje or PDLA

i would say that that hotel is in the edge of PDLA! then a little further round the bay you have puerto colon and then adeje!

i was there last week and had a fab time!

did the parasailing and banana boat!

another must is Siam Park is was really good tip though get yr tickets in resort save queing at the gates we waited for 35-45 mins to get in!

also recommend first & last bar in adeje, family entertainment, quiz, kajoki etc!

have a nice time

People got the idea, perhaps rightly once that PDLA was going a tad downmarket, so they renamed it Costa Ajeje, we have a place in Los Geranios which was in Torviscas but it`s new postal code is Costa Adeje, Porto Colon is now Costa Adeje, just marketing.
