About 5-10 mins walk, where the bay ends San An starts. Its a short walk/taxi from the bay into the west end.
it really depends where you are on the bay as it's 4 or 5 kms from start to finish. from the kumharas area it will take a good 40 mins to walk to san an, though there are regular buses and water taxis.
