with us to Sharm this January, We plan to snorkel and eat meals out every night.
Anyone got any ideas?

Farmer, whilst agreeing that eating meals out at night is very pleasureable, i'm not sure about snorkelling in the dark! 
Dont worry about taking too much cash with you. Just take your debit or credit cards, there are plenty of ATM machines in Sharm

Well I have snorkelled at night.... but not in the dark... it was full moon ( no silly comments please

Difficult to calculate how much you will need - some will spend GBP 15 per day, some twice that much or more. Reckon GBP 300 for the two of you for one week plus plastic money.
