Its actually very close to the beach at The Gran Tenerife hotel Also quiet close to the beach at Puerto Colon. Some of the apts.have fab.views. I would say a good choice,

It overlooks the beach and is very close to some nice bars and restaurants, it's a very tall tower block and depending on which floor you get on the view can be fantastic.
