I Can't read hotel reviews

When I click on Hotel reviews, I get the following Warning: mysql_connect(): Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock' (2) in /home/van/public_html/testlogin/database.php on line 6

Now sure if this is a problem with my computer, or this site is having technical problems. :que
