Currently as Helen says it's best to check periodically. However this is on the list of things to do. Can I ask, would you prefer an email or a PM or both?

I think I'd prefer a pm. Do we get to know who's staying in the same resort or only those in the same accomodation? It would be good to know of those in the same resort.

I'll await further input before moving on this but may be able to program it this evening if all goes well.
The main problem with PM only is that not all members are setup to receive notifications of PMs. Maybe I can program an option to choose either PM / email or both. I'll have a think about that one.

It is Agonda beach. I think you have White Sands down but it is on as Agonda White Sands. White Sands is the name of the beach huts. Agonda is the beach.

Van my hotel in Marmaris is not on the list . I do hope its a decent Hotel as going for 3 weeks in August .

i had similar once...it was say year ...2011 for holiday in march 2012...came up march 2011, so the date had passed...if you get the drift
