have you actually checked with the hotel or just the tour operator?

It's just that we are going to the fiesta tanit in ibiza and my brother wants a fridge to store baby milk. I rang thomson and they told us they don't do fridges so I emailed the hotel to double check and he can have a fridge for 50e. they replied the same day - it's worth a try as I'd expect them to offer the same as their other hotels.
