Its a quietish family run concern, tucked well back from the harbour and main town. The pools not bad either. A good walk down to the main road into town which is quite pleasant actually. There's a bike hire place opposite the apartments plus car hire and cheap trip sellers further down the road.The nearer you get to the town centre the busier it becomes. There's restaurants and bars in abundance. Depends what you want really. We were there for a week in June last year and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Get your day trip to Turkey in.

Hi, i am staying in the Ideal Appartments this September.

I was just wondering is it situated near the beach? or is it a bit of a walk?

Travis ur quite a way from the beach. If u like the beach rather than the pool I'd hire some bikes if I were u. Luckily Bike hire is available about 5 yards away on the other side of the road from the apartmants

the apartments are up a road which is surrounded by trees and desolate land. i wouldnt walk back up in the dark. the beach is abit away from you but the apartments do have a nice pool. a couple of my friends stayed there and make sure you are in the newer part of the hotel. my friends were put in the older part and it was disgusting. they complained and direct holidays moved them to a nicer room in the hotel

Hi,

Me and my boyfriend stayed at Ideal Appartments i would say it was o.k but more of a family place to go. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing budget holiday then fine. I am 22 so would rarther have preferred somewhere more exciting and not so quiet. Our room was a great size and the cleaners came round regular which is always good.

We always got ready at night and went straight out as we found the bar area not out scene really.

I wouldn't go back there but it was fine for the week.

A bonus was a bike shop across the road which was handy.
