I am booked on Idylicc Iberia cruise from Liverpool in October on Thomson Celebration,
this was to depart on the 10th.
Surfing Thomson Cruise website last week it showed this was now a 14 night cruise instead of 13 night leaving Liverpool on the 9th.The extra day filled in with a stop on day 2 in Waterford.
After ringing Thomsons + getting nowhere I enquired at my local Thomson travel agent who got to bottom of this + confirmed change.Said if i accepted change the cost would be no difference to price i paid for original cruise.
She said i would be getting a letter explaining change from Thomson.She also said she believed this cruise was sold out within weeks of going on sale.(since this cruise has been on web site it has never been possible to book on line,asked to ring phone number).Will they have to contact 1200 passengers.
P.S the cruise the week before from Harwich was always due in Liverpool on the 9th + was to be a free night out for Thomson travel agents in North West,looks like this is cancelled,Sorry.
Has anyone yet been notified of this change ???.
