Can anyone give me the benefit of their experience?
I have a Foreign National Account with ICICI. With it, I got an ATM Debit Card. It's not got any Visa logos on it or anything, but can it be used out of India? Anyone used one abroad?

We have an account but haven't used it outside of India. I have read that there can be huge charges if used outside India, as much as 20% of the withdrawal.
