I'm in the same position. I've transferred 30% in addition to the original 10% holding deposit. Have tried to get an Independent Lawyer either here or there but with no success so far. However I've got a couple of leads and will let you know if anything turns up. Let me know where you are buying and who the developers are so we can share experiences as the drama unfolds!
