I think you are referring to the village of Mogan itself?

The long and winding road through the cliffs has a small roundabout where you can turn left to go into Puerto Mogan or turn right and go into the hills which leads to Mogan Village. I think it is only a few miles away. I have not been there myself.

I am sure if you google search you would be able to find a map of GC which highlights all the roads...

Mogan village is a lovely village just inland from Puerto Mogan (the fishing harbour)
Nice restaurants - Acaymo on the way to Mogan, highly recommended.
Beyond the village is a bakery where they make little carnaval tortillas - very tasty

Its nice for a wander round and drink and see a bit more of the real life on the island
