Hey, I stayed at the Crystallo apts in July this year and it wasn't that far to the harbour at all. I would say it took me and my mate 10 mins tops to walk there, not long at all. It's quite flat roads/downhill getting there so it shouldn't be too bad for them to walk there. Don't know where those other apts are sorry but feel free to ask anything else about restaurants etc and i'll try and help

Thanks Katherine-that's good to know.My parents are 78 and 81 but are pretty good on their feet but after a few drinks they don't like to stagger too far home!
Has the front/ beach been completed now, they went last November and it was a bit of a mess, they were disappointed they couldn't walk on the front.
Any advice re where to shop (they are going self catering), where to get cheap cigs and tobacco and has it gone more expensive eating out?
