In my opinion you would be better off on a low floor of the main building, as some of the other rooms can be a bit of a trek and have lots of steps so not ideal for a pushchair. Also, the bridge over the road to the beach will be a no-no so walk down the slope to the road entrance and you can cross the road and go down to the beach at the end of the little row of shops.
I really like this hotel, all the staff are really friendly (with the possible exception of one or two receptionists) and because of the location most are locals. Its quite a way from the airport so I would get a taxi transfer as you will not want to sit on a coach for hours with a little tot while everyone else gets dropped off.
