Hi my family is going to insotel club hotel in Punta Prima in May,after booking i read some very mixed reviews on the hotel and wondered if anybody had been and could give me some kind of review on it.

Hi could anybody who has stopped at this hotel recently tell me what it cost to upgrade from h/board to all/inc for a week, i am hoping to go this September i have look at the hotel reviews and it seems very nice any more information on the hotel and area would help thanks
