I've sent you a detailed pm, but for other members reading this, this is a GERMAN company that acts as an 'umbrella' organisation for individual owners in various European qualities. The company itself seems to conform to German legislation as regards their own operations, but I'm not sure that this necessarily covers the properties that they advertise, because they only market and are not responsible for the actual properties themselves.
