This year we've gone all out and booked flights with Easyjet to Almeria and used a small internet based firm for the apartment. The same holiday (flying from Gatwick, far less convenient for us) with JMC, is over £1,000 more than we've paid (and that includes what we expect to pay on taxis!!)
And yet, like you, I am still really nervious. Not about the flights, but the fact that we've got what looks like a really nice air-conditioned apartment in a 4 star apart-hotel, for less than we paid for a very basic place last year, really worries me!!! However, being the born worrier, I have actually checked direct with the property that we are booked in on said dates, and this has been confirmed, so fingers crossed!
