Would really recommend the Liostasi Sun Club in Ios. Beautiful location & a real chill-out atmosphere. Very sophisticated. Check out their web-site & you'll see what I mean. Can't comment on others as haven't stayed in any of them.
Have a great time
Anyone else got any info pls
All of Santorini is relaxing unhurried and friendly. The views of the Caldera are amazing, especially at sunset. It is a very small island but has goos public transport, all journeys are 1 euro. Have a great time.
Im not counting but just over 7 weeks to go
only 13 days to go any more info pls
Hi there, my sister and I went to Paros (Parakia) last year and loved it. It is fantastic for island hopping and also great for walking. The restaurants are some of the best we have found in Greece definately more upmarket. Also fantastic shops and bars to sit around in. The old town is great for mooching around. We are going back again next August which is unusual for us as we usually do a different island each year. Sorry don't know your hotel.
many txs for the info cant wait just 9 days now
Hi any one know how long the ferry journey is from Santorini to Los? just had our route changed?
It's 1 & 1/2 hrs from Santorini to Ios, wouldn't worry about the route change those islands are on the same ferry route, you can do them in any order. As it's a Tuesday I guess your'e flying to Santorini.
can anyone help with this one ? 11hrs untill we fly, and I have just been prescribed Codiene phosphate (bad tummy :)) now some one has told me its illegal in Greece ??
Have a great trip to this wonderful part of the world & hope your health is OK for the journey
hi we have been to both naxos and paros and loved them both.naxos is slightly less busy than paros , both have lovely old towns to walk around and good selection of tavernas as well as having excellent beaches ,i can recommend going to antiparos for a trip you can get a boat from parika or drive down to pounda and take car/scooter over from there its only a stones throw from paros if you do go try to get to the caves at the far end of antiparos the bus goes from the harbour. codine is a restricted substance in greece but i have never had any trouble taking any item with codine in with me , but you could be unlucky . have a great time kev
now back had a great time no trouble with Codiene
will add reports for all the hotels I stayed in
It would be great if you could check out my brief descriptions of these islands to see if you agree/disagree with my comments. Also, did you find any 'must do' 'must see' or 'must experience' things? Or any 'avoid like the plague' bits?
I'm sorry I couldn't point you to to the site before you left - I didn't see your post til too late!

Among other things, comparing Greece Islands. Check the 'Greek Cruise areas' page, and take a quick jump to the Cyclades.
I like your site some good info.
