Hi,
We always hire a jeep through icmeler travelcentre .com, they are
based in Icmeler & owned by a lovely Scottish lady Carol. We have hired
with them 4 times, they give the option of full insurance, last year we
paid £ 30 a day. The website includes a scottish phone number as she
divides her time between here & turkey. They also do all the excursions
etc. We normally wait until in resort then decide when to go & pop in the
shop to book but I also book transfers with them prior to leaving,
excellent service, they never let you down.

Great places to visit are Datca- beautiful & the kebabs are to die for!,
& carry further on to Knidos, Dalyan within 1hr & then take the boat
to the beach. Fethiye for the Lycian Tombs , Olu Deniz, Hisaronu & Kaya
Koy within 2-3 hrs . On the Marmaris peninsula there's Cleopatra Island,
Turgut Falls, Kizkumu, & Turunc all worth a visit. Road Maps are
available in resort & the roads are well maintained & quiet out of resort
compared to here. On the road to datca the sea is visable on both sides!

There also other places further afield like Bodrum etc on the Aeagen
Side also worth a visit.We are in Icmeler again this september, enjoy ur
hols.
