we are going to the dona sylvia on mar 8th flying from manchester with first choice its our first time so could anyone advise on wedding rings either to buy or get made out there if i took some old gold with me , and any tips on money to take travel adaptors we need and good places to eat outside the hotel for a change .we are in our 40s but like a good night out

Hi go and see Jaan in jewelcollection at 13 luisa by the sea, he has lovely jewelry and also make anything you wont, its a good idea to do a drawing or take a picture if you wont something made, he is very good at copying as he made my daughter earrings pendant and a ring from a diamond ring of mine, all i gave him was a drawing.

Jaan has been recomended a few times by various people, were about is his shop. Is it one of those opposite Dona Sylvia on the main rd or is it on the rd towards Mikes Place or towards Hathi Mattal....Keith
keith i think its opposite the hotel, as we never stay in cavelossim and only come in the dark by taxi, its in the last set of shops in luisa by the sea,i'm sure someone will come along and correct me if i'm wrong, he is a very good jewerller, i've bought quiet a lot from him and have had a few things made.Any other info please ask Gel
i went to chandras on main road candolim with old diamond rings of mine and had them made into an eternity ring it took a few days and cost me £45 last feb and its not been off my finger since
