Hi
Sorry i thought i had posted in Turkey discussions. I redone it and it's in here again sorry.I will have to look to see where i have gone wrong.
A mod will come along and move it to the correct forum for you
In the meantime, I can tell you that yes, you still need a £10 (English) for your entry visa. Sorry can't help with the transfer time though as I've only ever flown into Dalaman. As soon as the post is moved to Turkey, someone will give you a quick answer.
Moved.
It is approx 1.5 hours according to answer on yahoo answers:
It will take a lot longer than 1½ hours !! By coach it will take at least 3 hours so maybe you can have a sleep on the way
1&1/2 to 2 hours by car not coach. We did it a few years ago, it looks no distance on the map but it is quite a long way.
Thanks evryone a sleep on the will be a good idea. Just got a letter from Hays Travel today too telling me that Goldtrail Holidays need an extra £36-84p for rise in Aviation fuel. I thought my Holiday was paid in full. Now i have this to pay.Has anyone else had this .I booked last sept going in August.
Boroboy, if you're going with Goldtrail, then your flights are probably with Onur Air, see this topic re fuel surcharges
Just got back from Marmaris this morning and while there, we drove over to Gumbet for a couple of days to look at our new house. It took 3.5 hours, so if you take the journey from the airport to Gumbet off, it's about 3 hours from Bodrum airport to Marmaris.
