We got back on Wednesday afternoon, after a great week in Benidorm. We were very luck with the weather as we had sun every day. We spent quite a bit of time in the Old Town. We went to the Two palms for the first time after many reccomendations, we really enjoyed it. We also had a couple of meals at Sherry's in the old town which were fab both times. We had a meal on the front in one of the spanish restaraunts which was nice but can't remember the name. We went to see a few acts but not as many as we hoped as certain acts like The Rebel and Tony Scott who we wanted to see were having a break. We went into Rockerfellas and I have to say that they have done the place up really well and we saw a good act in there called the Temps and Supremes. We had 2 bottles of San Miguel and they cost 5.80 euros which I dont think is too bad when your watching an act. We stayed at the Gemelos 20 and were pleased with the appartment again. Only down point of the holiday was that whilst walking back from the Carausel bar one night some Gypsie ladies (about 8 of them) started harrasing me and my hubby for money, they seperated us and were pawing us. I never carry money and my husband had the money in his front pocket pushed right down so there was no chance that they could have got to his money but i do belive they had a rummage in his back pocket. I think as it was so late they thought we were drunk, which we weren't and so they weren not able to take adantage of us. So just be careful. But wouldn't let this put us off and we had a great time. Can't wait till next June now.
