What about meeting up just across from the Admiral hotel as the fountain is just across from it and there is seat all round it .It also the heart of the resort.Hope this is of some help

No i popped into the travel agents when i was in town last night and they said its normally 2 weeks before, they will ring and we have to go and pick them up.
