If anyone's interested the green paste in the Sharwama is green harissa.

Equal amounts of fresh coriander & spinach; olive oil; garlic; chile; 1/4 tsp ground coriander; 1/4 tsp cumin; pinch of salt.

Bung it in the blender & blend, thats it.

I'll post the recipe for the entire thing later if I remember - it's dead easy to make - then turn up the heating; bung on a cossy & a Goa CD & it takes you right back to the night market.
