Yes, Good luck with the op mandy. At least you can look forward to a holiday after it. Do you have any idea when you're having it done? I think I'd be panicking that I wouldn't be sufficiently recovered by then.

well i have had my first fix of the day looking at the apts we are going to webcam .........people in the pool and sunning themselves on loungers .....doesn't look to be that busy but maybe its the time of year or they are all down at the beach

Thanks for the pm llindy. Lancslass, I've looked at that street view so much that I think I know Kalamaki like the back of my hand 
Will i need to use beach shoes on Kalamaki beach and going into the sea , if not will leave at home and take another pair of sandals , any excuse for more shoes
i would do llindy, last year i found the sea to have quite a few rocks in, never had before and the sand gets a bit too hot to walk on but maybe thats just me
