The Kama apartments now theres a blast from my past!!! Stayed there the first time I went to Cyprus back in 1997. Dont know if the apartments have changed a lot since then but the last time I drove past (last Summer) they looked just the same. The location is pretty good being about five minutes walk from the centre of Pernera up the main road towards Paralimni. They were run by English greek Cypriots (or relatives of) and they were ideal for us. The apartments were spotlessly clean and only five minutes from a lovely beach.

I've stayed at the Karma a couple of times now, booked independently.
I was there last month when they opened and the only guest for the first night!

The staff are all very nice, especially George, the night watchman!!, who went out of his way to lend me his phone charger for my stay!
The pool and bar area are very nice and clean as are the rooms.
A good BBQ night...more busy than it used to be since the restaurant and pool are now run independently from the hotel. That isn't a problem at all tho'.

It's about 4/5 mins slow wander to the nearest bars etc which is great because you're just out of earshot from the nightlife.

I think you'll enjoy it there...Have fun.
