Hi there is a kebab take away in Armatulin area it is along a side street with a bar at each corner, if you go to new york bar on the main road you will get a good meal there and the cater for fussy eaters! It is just across the road from Golden Orange apts.

I would be intersted to see this too :)
My hubby's fave kebab is from the near market.... it is a proper little Turkish hangout where all the workers eat..... just a kiosk really but he said they were the best and very cheap too.... would be interested to see a sit down place tho.

Rotterdam

I am fairly certain this is in Armutulan near the Club Julian. Maybe another poster can confirm this!

Sorry to be off the subject of kebabs but I found another nice little eating place which is very reasonable, it is along the street opposite the big Tansa supermarket close to the bazzar, this litttle cafe is like a home bakery, they do beautiful flakey pastry with delicious fillings both sweet and savoury, it is right next to a big pizza parlour.

Kervan, Out front door of Club Julian and turn right, 50 yds and it's there. Went for the first time last October and was very impressed.

we went to Bodrum on a day trip and stopped at a brill little kebab shop in the middle of a street.
The owner put a little wooden table on the pavement and 4 wooden stools. The kebabs were excellent but 2 of us had something like pitta bread and the other two in a sort of wrap. We preferred the wrap ones - anyone know what these
are called so we know which to order next time ?

Hi.

We actually arrived at 1am in resort but decided to have a cheeky 'couple'. The kebab place we went to is right on the sea front next to the Buzz bar. I think that was the latest we had been up all holiday and was a Saturday night so not sure if they always stay open that late!!!

The place wasn't really busy that time of night and I think we were surprised to get food then!

Rotterdam we stayed in the heart of arumutulan in september and there was a little kebab shop over the road from the antique palace that was open untill god knows when. I can vaguely remember eating a kebab covered in chilli sauce at around 4 in the morning after a late one :cheers i wouldnt fancy getting one after that bus ride though ;)

Rob,

I do not know where the Antique Palace is as we have never been to Turkey before. Me and hubby are staying at the Golden Orange Apartments with a few friends which is situated somewhere in 'Armutalan' ?

Happy holidays. :sun2

Someone was asking what the wraps are called - they're called Durum unless I'm very much mistaken.
