If it's the Kipriotis Village resort I can't see anything on their website:-
We went in July and yes the pirate ship is there in the main pool - tended to be used by kids around 8 and upwards as the two main pools were deep. (i think 120cm was the shallowest part in the pool behind the ship) There was a more child friendly pool that was used by the german kids club (badingoo or something like that) - no slides though. Place itself not bad - some of the rooms need an update - request one of the newer ones nearer the beach. Food quite good. Lots of other nationalities. Cheap bus ride into Kos town. Beach awful.(Pebbles). Nicer beaches at Tingaki. Mastachari, Kardamena.
thanks for the quick replies. i had also e mailed the hotel direct and they have also confirmed that the pirate ship is still there. will also take on board what you say about the beach and the hotel rooms, thanks again. joanne
