We are fairly new to Turkey, we stayed at Club Izer Beach in Torba last year and are going to Club Blue Dreams just outside Bodrum in August. Both are fairly isolated which is okay to a point....but we don't feel like we are seeing the real Turkey.

I am researching for 2012 as some holidays are out on 5th May for 2012 (first Choice/thomsons). We have 4 kids so try and get 2 free child places which makes a BIG difference to our total cost (up to £1800). We have looked at booking last minute but there is not a great difference in price if we get the free child places, plus I like to know we have booked.

So we want a short transfer, AI fairly decent 4* hotel, beach location but we want to be more central. We have up to £5k to spend, maybe more for the right hotel! Not dead keen on these big holday villages either!

we are looking at Fantasia De Luxe, Ephesia Holiday Beach Club, Aqua fantasy.....also there is the Richmond Ephesus and the Sealight Resort.

We will really consider anywhere but I have focused on Kusadasi as flying into Izmir is only an hours transfer to most hotels which makes a big difference when travlling with 4 kids. A 2 1/2 hour transfer after a 4 hour flight is a no!

Anyone help with this tall order???
