Yes you can buy Lacoste there are two lacoste shops one in the old town and 1 just off the strip, my hubby stocks up every year we go, in August they always have a sale so its worth it, but the real prices are about the same as here.
There's also a Lacoste shop in Algarve Shopping. Worth taking a look at the local bags and stuff too. Better looking, better quality, cheaper, you just don't get a silly little crocodile on them...
