Can anyone tell what these apartments are like they are at the end of Levante Beach.

I don't know the Las Carabelas Apartments personally, but it looks to me as though it may be a residential complex, with some of the apartments and studios rented directly by the owners, while others are rented out and managed by various agents. Feedback and reviews for such complexes are often difficult to gauge, because holidymakers can perhaps only accurately comment on the specific apartment which they stayed in. Neighbouring apartments may have different standards, facilities and management.
