My family and me had a late flight home from Ibiza last year,I think the flight time was 3am and to be honest we hated it and said that we would not do it again .We stayed around the the resort all day and drank up the last of the sunshine and then had an evening meal at a local Restaurant. The trouble is you get so tired and restless and you just want to get home,From about 10pm until the coach picked us up at about 12.15am we sat in the foyer of the hotel getting bored out of our minds, we were the only ones from our apartments getting that flight so we were on our own. So no I would not do these flight times ever again, Everyone is different so maybe these flight times won't bother you too much, your flight home is a bit earlier than ours was so it may not be as much of a pain.
Also the hotel will let you leave your luggage with them.

Keep a bin liner handy and enjoy your last day by putting all your wet poolclothes in it before putting in your suitcase. Most hotels will let you have a late check out room if you pay your tour operator. However, if like me you book direct, the hotel lets you have it free of charge. Done it many times.

ask about a late check out,we got a 8pm late check out in menorca last year for 10 euro it adds an extra day to your holiday ...good luck with the late check out and enjoy the holiday.

do the late check out if at all possible well worth it to have a wash and change in private before the journey home,it means you can have another full days holiday without worring about cases and bags

I never book package holidays with night or evening flights these days because I just want to get home on the last day and hate having to hang around waiting to leave unless I can still have a room to use up to the point of leaving for the airport. If I am doing DIY and booking flights and accommodation separately, I either book an extra night at the apartment or fly home the night before if I can't.

My friend has just returned from holiday. Going out - 11 pm flight from Birmingham,. Return journey. Left the resort at 3 am Sunday for the flight back to Birmingham. Finally got home about midday. OMG I would never book a holiday with those flight times .
