We booked an outside superior cabin on the Black Watch about six months ago for December with BTG travel who went into liquidation but Hays Travel took over. I had a letter yesterday saying we've had two free upgrades to a balcony suite on the top deck next to the Observation, the book price for this room is nearly £1,000 each more than what we paid so if anyone is looking for a cheap cruise there are plenty about. Apparently they upgrade original bookings then sell the lower cabins cheaper.
