Last Minute Holidays FROM Nuremburg

Hi All,
Have recently moved to Nuremburg Germany to live and work.
I am looking to go away for 2/3 days over Easter, but the German holiday sites (like Thomson, First Choice et al) seem very dificult to understand (my German is not great).
So, any ideas where I can book a cheap last minute break (not in Germany) i.e Spain Italy etc..

I've used these in the past flying from German airports ........ I don't think you'll have too much problem using your German to work out how to use them!!
