Stopping overnight in Latvia on my way to Moscow for the Champions League Final! Due to arrive in Riga at about 10pm and leave at 8am the following morning. Not wanting to take lots of different currencies with me, will I be able to exchange some euros at Riga airport that time of night, or would I be better getting some Lats before I go?

When I arrive in Moscow are dollars or Roubles better or a mixture of both?
