Don't know about Limassol, but we did an all inclusive "VIP Boat Trip" from near Protaras in 2006.
Wasn't cheap if I remember correctly, Cyp£40 seems to come to mind (€68.40) but included a champagne reception, a barbecue lunch and drinks all day (hic!)
. It was also restricted to 12 couples so you were guaranteed not to be crammed on 
There are plenty of tour shops so best to pop into one when you are there
