My daughter had leather trousers made at Dug Brothers in Baga and they were superb. Their shop is on the Baga road - about half way between the Ronil Beach and the Calangute roundabout - on the right hand side as you head towards Calangute.

I would also cast my vote with Rambo at Leather Touch (next to Magnum Resort, Candolim).

We both had leather jackets made last Christmas and were/are really pleased with them.
