We stayed at Libertel Bellechasse which is near the Musee D'Orsay. Our hotel was fine, the room was small and there was no kettle etc. but the staff were all pleasant. There was a buffet breakfast with all the usual sort of things, plus scrambled eggs!

You will be in a good location, near Notre Dame, and there are lots of restaurants in the Latin Quarter for your evening meals.
