We have booked to return to Olu this year

Am just wondering if anyone has any recommendations regarding rooms/blocks that we can email in advance - I don't want to be overlooking the main strip or main bar area, and want it to be somewhat quieter, however, I would love to be overlooking the pool more so.
We have booked a standard room as I didn't think I could justify the amount via the operator they wanted for a superior room (the hotel confirmed they charge direct only £5 per person per night to upgrade and it was much more than that on Travel republic who I've booked through) so I may well upgrade when we get there if need be, but would love some hints and tips on the blocks that maybe worth requesting . . .
Pool being the main thing I think

Can't wait . . .Olu apart from Florida is the only place we've returned to, we had a bit of an issue when we returned to the Karbel last time which involved 3 room changes (despite booking direct and paying for one of their suites they put us in a basement room, then said we couldn't move and then we had to move twice before finally getting into the specific room I'd booked and paid for!) I said I wouldn't stay there again - but looking forward to going here. We are B&B as its nice to be able to choose where and when we eat . . .but any hints or tips on rooms would be great (there isn't any detailed on any reviews here as I've already looked lol)
Thanks so much

Karen
