Hi, we're off to lido di jesolo in 3 weeks, can't wait!! Has anyone been there early june, if so, is it lively at this time of the year. I know we are staying on the west end of the resort, hotel helios. Is there lots of bars around each piazza, think we are at the very end of the resort(west end).

Is Jesolo old town worth a day visit, would it be best to get a bus there?

Looking at events there for our stay and seems to be music nights on the piazza's and a karaoke night also. Anyone been and whats nightlife like?

Hi,

New to the forum. Thinking of going to Lido di Jesolo in early July. Does anyone know if there are any English/British pubs showing football matches, coz it'll be World Cup time and hopefully England will still be in it!

Cheers.

I have asked for your hotel to be added to our reviews. Hopefully someone will be able to provide us with a review before you go!

Going on our first ever visit tio Italy, to Lido de Jesolo at the end of June.

We'll do our own visit to Venice, but will probably take an organised excursion to Verona and Lake Garda.

Where is the best place to book this trip, I tend to avoid those offered by the Holiday Reps as they are usually overpriced.?

Just take a wander along the main shopping areas and you should see a few different places doing excursions ..... we booked ours through the rep as it wasnt any more expensive, although i know that isnt always the case!

I can remember one tour company called Sky tours, or something like that, based in Piazza Drago, where the bus station is

Just back and had a fantastic time at the Helios hotel. 4 star and fantastic. Near to beach, strip and the staff were fantastic. Went to Venice, Verona and Lake Garda. Great base for seeing northern Italy, and of course ice cream to die for.

That is what i always love going to Jesolo

It ISNT old Italy, but it IS a great base for seeing such a lovely area, and the resort is clean, tidy, well managed, and with some fantastic people :)
