In bars, you can expect to pay around 2.50-3.50€ for a glass of wine, 3-4.50 for a large beer and 5 for a spirit and mixer. Clubs a little bit more and certain bars a little less.

You can spend as much or as little as you like on dinner, all restaurants have a price list/menu outside so pick one that suits. 2 courses with house wine doesn't often cost more than 15€ a head. Certain restaurants, such as Ambrosia, are a bit more pricey but worth it for the odd splurge.
