We have been to Rhodes four or more times and always stayed in Pefkos in the Matina Apartments. Have been elsewhere for 2007 and 2008 but we would like to go back to Rhodes - Pefkos or Lindos in 2009.

The kids loved the Matina - not bothered about entertainment - they love the pool area - it has a great deep end where they can go diving for treasure (oh to be a kid again with an active imagintation).

So here is my dilema - we can go to the Matina again next year, we love Pefkos, the restaurants are fab, the matina is in a ood location but its the mad dash in the morning to get the sunbeds that puts me off. Also the pool area did get very crowded when we were last there.

Does anybody have any info on the pool area(s) at the Lindos view - how deep is it? Do you need to get up at the crack of dawn to get a sunbed? I am usually down at the pool by 8.30am so not really looking for a looong lie in.
