Hello fellow linedancers. Have just moved to the area and would like to hear of any linedancing events going on in Benidorm this month. Can you help? Thanks.
sorry i thought you said lapancing .
There is line dancing every night at Red Dog, and during the day at Rainbow.
Where are the red dog and Rainbow?
Red Dog is next to the Hotel Orange on Calle Lepanto, just down from Cafe Benidorm and the Square. The Rainbow is next door to the Wooky Hollow, opposite the Yorkshire Pride, on Calle Gerona.
Thanks for that ..
Have you moved there for goods? If its not too personal a question
sorry meant to say for GOOD
Jaqueline. Here most of the time. Do you have any information for me?
I think I saw line dancing in the Sanctuary attached to the Hotel Orange. Non-residents are welcome, but must buy at drink to attend the Dance Academy there.
Several of the hotels in Benidorm within the Servigroup chain offer Line Dancing within their winter entertainment programme; such as the hotels Servigroup Castilla, Nereo, Orange, Pueblo Benidorm & Venus.
In addition, the hotel Servigroup Nereo together with Linedance Unlimitted have organized two line dancing events; the first one starting on 26th February and the second on 16th April. Both will include fun workshops, socials and games and guest appearance from famous choreographer Debbie Ellis (of Solo Humano, Amor de Hielo, etc.).

Thanks for all the info. Next weekend sounds perfect - just what I am looking for. Will definitely be there and will let you know how it all goes. The workshops sound terrific - a real must. I will also hopefully meet some fellow linedancers and learn more about the linedancing classes on offer by your hotel group. Great information, thanks again!
Just been browsing your two websites. I actually know Sally and Gerry Fitton of Linedance Unlimited. They introduced me to linedancing when I lived in Torrevieja. Fantastic teachers and really committed to linedancing. I will look forward to seeing them both again next weekend at the Nereo Hotel. Maybe I will see a few other familiar faces from around Spain! Thanks very much again for all the info. It's terrific to know there is a good linedancing scene on my doorstep in Benidorm.

No sorry, I was being nosey because I am considering moving to Benidorm in the near future. I have been holidaying there for the past 5 years (2 or 3 times per year as finances dictate) and was interested to pick your brains becuse you said you had just moved into the area. Thats why I asked and said if its not too personal a question. I have just booked for March/April and June. I am not sure if I want to rent long term and give it a go or sell up and buy.
EX-PATS FORUM in order to attract the attention of those who have already made the move. You may also find that forum already contains information which could be of interest to you.
