hi can anyone tell me of any bars/clubs that will be showing premier league, champions and europa league (go on the lillywhites!) matches live during april? i am staying in calangute /candolim area. european kickoffs are 7.45 gmt so well after midnight in goa. thanks.

Sports bar Beach Road Candolim will stay open fro Champion league games.Depends how late in April though.

Hate the place myself.

Neither can I Papa but surely it will stay open to end of season given that people want to see their teams promoted, relegated etc - can't imagine they will close early!

Fisherman's Cove have a TV upstairs for the football and they are open all year round.

hi and thanks, i shall check those bars out starting with chelsea v man u on the 10th 17.00 gmt. think i'll give the fishermans a try to begin with. is it in candolim or calangute?

Don't forget Mike Ricardson's live game, big game arranged at the poriot ground Calangute on 24th April against Mumbia Mavericks F.C

You can't beat playing for a good team or been there to cheer them on and there is always the after match debate at a great bar with in hobling distants.
