Hi, 3 or 4 years ago I stopped in a villa in PDC old town. I can't remember where exactly but as you head out of town, on the left was a modern shopping mall with crazy golf on the top floor. After passing the mall we took a left into a residential area, which was where our villa was situated. In all it was probably around a 20 minute walk to the harbour.
I remember looking at this site when I booked last time and there were a few people offering villas for rent. Next year I'm looking at holidaying in PDC again, only this time my sister's family will be coming with us and we're trying to find a villa to accomodate us all. I am looking for an 8 (possibly 9) bed villa with a decent sized pool for 2 weeks next August. I don't really want to book at James Villas, etc, etc prices and was hoping that somebody on here could point me in the right direction as regards to finding a nice villa at a decent price within walking distance of the old town.
Welcome to the forum MJF!
When we were in PDC in March we had some family staying in a lovely villa about 15 mins walk from the old town. I think they booked it through a website called something like go2lanzarote? There were about 7 adults and a baby and they still had spare bedrooms. They had a sauna, games room, outdoor hot tub and outside pool - made our 1 bed apt seem very poor!
